Wow, what a Friday Creative Jar had!!

Heading up to London, the team were all prepared to present their ideas on what the new website should look like, its functionality and its message.

The day started backwards; walking into a nightclub, with glitter balls, gold lamé and disco music, at 10am is a very odd experience.

However, as soon as the music was turned off everyone was professional and ready to shine. All the presentations were unique, there is such a great mix of abilities and ideas in-house. One minute we were watching mobile applications of the future, the next an ‘out-of-the-box’ creative, then an in-depth insight about the latest technology.

Because of this, the day rushed past and it was soon the end of the presentations. There was a brief q&a, where thoughts were shared,and then our newest prize was given out; Most Excellent Person of the WeekAward.

The award was designed to praise an individual who went above and behind the call of duty. Voted for by the people the winner, who was chosen nearly unanimously, was;

TIM HUSTLER

 Tim impressed the office when he put in the extra hours, in one case staying on the job till 3am, and never complaining. To show Creative Jar’s appreciation, Tim received a ‘solid gold’ transformer trophy and has his name on the winners board in the chill out area.

With the day over, a few wanted a well deserve drink, or two, or five! Not leaving the nightclub, day turned to night and the night turned into a boogie wonderland.

Everyone made shapes on the dance floor, clearing the space and making it their own.

Now that the office has calmed down, we are all excited about the direction our collective thoughts will take, and what we will see inthe new site.
