Emails are great, talking is better

Excuses come in all shapes and forms, and technology makes it easier to hide or cop out, like the favourite, oh did you not get the email – it must have gone to spam, I’ll send again to oh, I tried to call and couldn’t get through.

But, if you share an office are you hiding behind these excuses of technology?  Are you sitting there complaining your email hasn’t been answered or no one is getting back to you... when you sit a mere 200 yds away?

It might be time for offices to re-assess how their staff interact with each other – if you need something done or answered, go find that person and demand that answer...

simples no?!
