Well if that isn't a Daily Mail headline then I don't know what is!
It has been suggested that BlackBerry phones are the best way to secretly organise a massive riot and looting - as the ones seen in London over the last couple of nights - as the BBM (BlackBerry Messenger) service is untraceable.
Inciting a riot in an already tense country is probably not that hard - there are hundreds of reasons to be angry - but following it through is not acceptable, especially when half the rioters are doing it for themselves not for a cause.
Because of BlackBerry and its 'flaw' is there likely to be a change in law which states that all social networks and devices must be open for the Police and Government to moniter?
I can already hear the words 'big brother' being murmured as I write, and I for one believe that privacy is immensely important but we, as a society, can't allow home grown convicts and evil-doers to rule the streets via a private network anymore - so what are the other options?
